The Body Is a Miracle Have you ever felt unsure about what your body is trying to tell you? Tired, foggy, out of balance, and wondering where to even start? I know that feeling. And I've found a tool that helps my clients and me start that conversation with more curiosity and less worry. The AO Scan is a comprehensive tool for measuring and optimizing frequencies. As we all know, everything is energy and frequency. I use it with clients as feedback on where their body and energy are, and it has opened up wonderful conversations about what to focus on next. It isn't a medical test. It's a starting point. Think of a guitar. When the strings are out of tune, the music doesn't sound quite right. The scan gives us a picture of where your energy may feel out of tune, so we can talk about simple ways to support your body: water, rest, nourishment, movement, and the habits that help you feel more like yourself. One of the hardest things to do is regulate our nervous system, especially when life throws so many demands at us. As women, we wear all the hats and carry all the to-dos, and life transitions bring another level. Regulating the nervous system helps the body relax, release resistance and make space for healing. This is why I'm so passionate about this work, and so excited for you to feel it in your own body. Read their stories on the blog on my website. Your 60-minute session The AO Scan works through an app on your phone or computer, so you can join from wherever you are, anywhere in the world. During our session, the app records 10 seconds of your voice and creates a report, which we review together. We talk about what stands out to you. Your report brings awareness to where you might keep exploring for more answers on your health journey, and together we choose one or two simple next steps. The AO Scan is a wellness and awareness tool. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for medical advice.
